About
L’amore, in teoria is the new feature film by Luca Lucini, starring Nicolas Maupas and produced by Indiana Production and Vision Distribution, in collaboration with Sky and Netflix.
The love we read about in books, dissected by philosophers and taught in school, seems simple, in theory.
But in real life, it escapes every rule: it’s overwhelming, messy, unpredictable.
L’amore, in teoria is exactly about this: the emotional journey of Leone, played by Nicolas Maupas, a young man facing for the first time the contradictions of the most narrated feeling in human history.
For this project, Proxima Milano handled the entire post-production process for theatrical color grading, carried out in our cinema-grade suite equipped with a Christie 4K projector and large screen. We also delivered VFX on approximately 60 shots — a set of clean, invisible interventions including on-screen graphics for phones and TVs, logo removals, and other continuity fixes.
